Dear Scouters: December 3rd is our second annual basic Unit Commis- sioner's training session to be held at Camp Sol Mayer from 10 AM until 4 PM. The first session, held in Bracketville, was a great success. Get behind your District Commissioner and help him make this session an even greater success. FYI - Due largely to the efforts of your District Commissioners, our council’s enrollment of Unit Commissioners is up by 80% over last year. We still need good Unit Commissioners. Remember a council is made up of volunteer Scouters; in order to be a complete successful council we need a good commissioner staff. I say again - volunteer to be a Unit Commissioner and place December 3rd on your calendar for an important date. Sincerely, |
