The Commissioner Service System is improving. We can always use good interested people to volunteer as Commissioners. The best way to help the Unit and Unit Leader is to volunteer as a Commissioner. Simply stated, volunteering as a Commissioner helps the entire system of Scouting. Volunteering helps the Unit, Unit Leader, and District Commissioner.
