COUNCIL GETS UPDATED PHONE SYSTEM

Semaphore flags, Morse code, and now voice mail. These are just some of the ways that Boy Scouts have learned to communicate. Recently the Concho Valley Council installed an updated phone system. Now 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you can leave a message for a specific staff member, listen to details about upcoming events or get general information about the council.
