The job of a Cub Scout Leader can be overwhelming
at times. You probably have many questions concerning your position.
The answers to these questions are found in Cub Scout Leader Basic
Training and a program called Roundtable.
Cub Scout Leader Training provides you with the
resources to operate as a Cub Scout Leader. You will learn the rules of
leadership as well as practical solutions to problems you might encounter.
This training is offered by current leaders that can guide you. They will
also provide you with first hand knowledge of Leadership skills with your
Cub Scouts. These training’s will be offered in several locations this

The Permian Basin Roundtable
Staff would like to invite you to attend their next roundtable. Roundtables
give you an opportunity to learn the fundamen - tals of meetings as well
as hands on experience with projects. This is where you’ll receive the
practical applications of Den and pack meetings.
Roundtables are certainly
not boring affairs. You’ll have a great time while learning countless
