Garden
Cub Fun Day
A day of fun and
adventure for Cub Scouts will be held on August 28th from 9am – 3pm at
the Uvalde Fair Grounds in Uvalde. Scouts will participate in a variety
of games and competitions including; Archery, BB Gun, Marbles, Obstacle
course, and ‘Steal the Bacon’. Cost is $5.00 per participant. For more

Explorer Training
Offered
Explorer Leader
and Officer Training is slated for Saturday, September 11th, at the Latter
Day Saints Church in Del Rio. All interested Explorer Leaders and Officers
are urged to attend this important training.
Special
emphasis will be placed on Law Enforcement and Emergency Service Exploring.
