REPORT TO STATE The tradition of sharing the success of the Scouting Movement with the Officials of the State of Texas is long standing with the Concho Valley Council. Each year youth representatives from each of the 20 Boy Scout Councils in the State of Texas gather in Austin to share our annual report. This year's program will begin on Saturday, February 10th with a breakfast meeting, followed by a parade as over 5,000 Scouts march up Congress Avenue to the State Capitol Building. Report ceremonies will begin at 11:30am in the House of Representatives Chamber. If your Pack or Troop would like to participate in this historic event, please contact David Chapman at the Council Service Center (800) 321-7107 or (915) 655-7107. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
